Can you imagine a city where you can seamlessly transfer from one mode to another, changing from bicycles to car sharing services to trains and walking the final short stretch? We do! Visit our team in Berlin in hall 4.1 at stand 417 from September 18 – September 21 at InnoTrans 2018 and enter into dialogue with us about punctuality, last miles and future mobility.
This year, we put the passenger at the heart of our trade fair asking ourselves: What is it that makes him happy? We are pretty sure, we know the answer: When he reaches his destination.
Our highlights at InnoTrans 2018
Mobility as a Service – It’s all about arrival!
Your customers want to arrive. Not at the stop, not at the station, but at their personal destination. Sounds simpel, but in reality you face economical and technical factors. Which limit the implementation. We understand what drives the customer – but we also understand what drives your business. PTV specialises in solutions that help you to optimise your transport network. That way you create a liveable environment, redefine your image as a mobility service provider and most importantly: you see your customer right to the door.
Giv’em what they want: TIME
From A to B as cheap, comfortable and above all punctual as possible – travellers are demanding customers. The difficulties of coordination behind those efforts are secondary. Optimising the timetable for the entire network plays a major role here.
A feature available with the new release of PTV Visum 18 improves your travel chain and supports your service by optimising your punctuality, making your customers happy. What are you waiting for? Give your customers the freedom to decide on their own about their time.
Alexa, I need a ride!
New times – new customs. Ride-pooling, on demand mobility, car- and bike sharing – we are facing a whole new mobility offer. With that offer came a completely new way of booking and communicating. One of the new ways is to ask Alexa to get a ride. We have developed an interface, connecting the voice-controlled system with PTV MaaS Operator, thus showing you what potential the market offers and how you can optimise your ride pooling route with real time details.
Transport experts from all over the world meet every second year at InnoTrans in Berlin. With 3,500 metres of track, on which everything from tank wagons to high-speed trains is displayed, the impressive open-air grounds of InnoTrans is a unique exhibition area and therefor a magnet for visitors. The leading international trade fair for transport technology is “the place to be” in September for experts from the public transport and rail sectors.
